Does the shops JUST'S WARDROBE at Uptown 37, Damansara Utama & Gurney Plaza, Penang belong to your group? There was a blog concerning the shop, mainly the one in Uptown 37. The comments given were neither good recommendations nor supportive in any way (http://www.malaysiabrides.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=10126). Here is a story to share which happened to a friend of mine - she went to the shop one night and complained to me that she was upset and disappointed with the service and attitude of the promoters there. Am concern with the situation and hope something could be done.

We really appreciate your honest comments from the bottom of our hearts, but just to clarify matters, the site (http://www.malaysiabrides.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=10126). is not referring to us as we do not have any boutiques neither at Uptown 37, Damansara Utama nor Gurney Plaza, Penang. Just a quick recap, our official name is JUST WARDROBE and not JUST'S WARDROBE. We only specialize in causal to office wear and not bridal gowns. Its a coincidence that the names would clash together! We highly appreciate your support and efforts to promote our items and you can rest-a-sure that our professionalism is at its best to serve satisfied clients such as yourself!
Firstly, you would have noticed that our items are in optimal condition and with an affordable price for everyone! Our main aim is to satisfy client's needs on up-to-date apparels but with reasonable pricings! Secondly, we don't delay order deliveries unless unforseen ciscumstances occurs (whereby a reasonable explanation will be given)! We do however have plans to open a physical shop whereby clients, such as yourself, could enjoy your shopping time with us personally - but that will be in the future.
For the time, we are solely an online retailer/wholesaler. The 'JUST WARDROBE' that you've mentioned has no association with us in any way what-so-ever. It's under the company name: JW Clothier Sdn Bhd. Do let your friends know ya!
