Order Guidelines

Just few simple steps, you could easily shop online with Just Wardrobe:

1) New Customer
  ~ Click on Register Now, by filling in your name, email, contact & own password, your account would be created.
                                                                   or 
  ~ Select products that you are interested, complete the billing & shipping information upon check out, click submit & your account would be generated automatically. A computer generated password would be sent to your email, please ensure the password is changed during next log in.

2) Returning Customer
  ~ Log in to your account as usual, make your selection & shop with us. 
                                                                   or
  ~ Select products that you are interested, log in your account by filling Returning Customer column, your billing & shipping information would be out automatically.

Important Remarks : Kindly key in the promotional code upon check out to enjoy free delivery! (for purchase of RM100/= & above, within malaysia only)

Goods Exchange / Return
~ Images of products are meant for reference purposes only.(colours might be slightly different due to shooting effect). 
~ Quality control & alteration of clothes will be provided to minimize defects issue.
~ We would accept exchange / refund if
(1) Wrong item sent
(2) Large area of Dirt or Hole (applicable to normal price item only).
~If the item is unsuitable for a return/exchange upon inspection. We reserve the rights to refuse accepting the said returned item and will always notify about the exact reason if that is the case.
~Shipping and handling charges imposed for the exchange /
refund items will be paid by the customer.
~We are only able to accept original/unused item in their original packaging together with the product tag and complete accessories if any. 
   *Items with signs of tampering, washing, altering will not be entertained.
~Please inform us within 3days time if goods exchange / refund is required (Msn / Email), just wardrobe would not entertain any request after 3days. 
~We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused and we will arrange for an exchange.
